About the project

New Sky Group is launching and scaling a network of educational YouTube channels for an adult audience.

Topics vary: economics, finance, housing market, career, job market, legislation, psychology, and others.

We create content using our own semi-automatic AI-based system. It handles most of the routine tasks: assisting with research, scripts, visuals, voiceovers, and video assembly.

However, we do not produce low-quality AI content.

We deal with complex topics that require understanding facts, logic, and explaining material clearly to the viewer. Therefore, AI here is a tool, not a replacement for a human.

We are looking for a Content Creator who will take charge of one or more channels and manage videos from idea to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Search for video topics and evaluate their potential.
• Choose the angle and main idea.
• Come up with titles and create previews in Figma.
• Work with scripts generated by the system: check facts, logic, text, and fix weaknesses.
• Review visuals and voiceovers, adding memes, stock footage, screenshots, and screen recordings as needed.
• Analyze CTR, retention, AVD, views, and understand why some videos perform well and others don't.
• Test new topics, formats, titles, and previews.
• Release a minimum of 3 videos per week for each channel.

Who we are looking for

Ideally, someone with experience in SMM, content marketing, content management, YouTube, or similar fields.

Requirements for the job:

• At least 1 year of content creation experience;
• English B1 level or higher;
• Regular experience with GPT, Claude, Veo, or other AI tools;
• Text proficiency;
• Figma skills sufficient to create previews from scratch;
• Basic video editing skills;
• Analytical thinking;
• Good visual taste;
• Attention to detail;
• Independence.

It's important that you don't just follow instructions but can identify weaknesses yourself and suggest improvements.
