We are now expanding our team and looking for a Customer Support Manager — a person who will take care of our clients, resolve their issues, and provide high-level service. The work is fully remote. Requirements:

• Customer support experience of 2+ years
• Fintech experience is a big plus.
• Basic knowledge of cryptocurrencies and Blockchain is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent PC skills: typing speed, working with browsers, messengers, and chats.
• Stable internet connection and a working device (laptop/PC).
• Calmness and adequacy in stressful situations.
• Ability to find solutions and maintain focus on the client. Responsibilities:
• Respond to clients in online chat (up to 150 chats per day).
• Assist with questions regarding payments, transactions, and financial operations.
• Interact with other departments to resolve client cases.
• Maintain the database and cases in CRM.
• Adhere to company service standards. We offer:
