About the Company SendNOW is a Canadian FinTech startup. We are breaking down borders in international money transfers, allowing users to send funds to 194 countries worldwide (including complex regions: Russia, Belarus, Sudan, etc.).

We are looking for a versatile agent who will help our clients use our service quickly and comfortably.

▪️Responsibilities ▫️Work in the corporate CRM system: reconcile statuses, close requests, add comments to the accounting system. ▫️Process incoming inquiries in the support chat. ▫️Process transfer requests: check data, perform operations, calculate exchange rates. ▫️Conduct transactions through external payment channels (Crypto, P2P, payment services). ▫️Verify clients according to AML/KYC procedures. ▫️Identify SCAM transactions, analyze suspicious operations and clients. ▫️Escalate non-standard situations. ▫️Generate cash withdrawal requests. ▫️Handle financial claims and reviews on monitoring platforms. Improve service ratings. ▫️Customer service. ▫️Work with accounting spreadsheets. ▫️Participate in daily team meetings, sessions, and discussions.

▪️Requirements ▫️At least 3 years of experience in currency exchange, international transfers, or payment systems. ▫️At least 1 year of experience in customer support. ▫️Proficient in Telegram, browsers, Google Sheets; quick adaptation to new tools. ▫️Solid experience working with major known exchanges (OKX, Bybit, Binance, MEXC, HTX, etc.). ▫️Ability to resolve disputed situations (appeals, disputes, problematic payments) with counterparties and clients. ▫️Ability to work in a team and help each other. ▫️Result-oriented: high engagement and a desire to improve every day. ▫️Willingness to work evening and night shifts (5/2 (Saturday-Wednesday) from 17:00 to 02:00 Moscow time).
