We are looking for a hands-on Marketplace Operations Manager to support our daily 3P marketplace execution across Amazon Seller, Best Buy, Bol.com and other marketplaces as the portfolio expands. The role combines marketplace operations, catalog management, customer service, account health, inventory monitoring and analytical reporting and also supports Amazon Vendor (1P) operations and reporting.

This is an execution-focused role, not a strategy, PPC or P&L position. The engagement requires the contractor to provide services that meet agreed service levels and response-time requirements aligned with Best Buy's operating hours. The contractor remains responsible for determining how the services are performed and managing their own working schedule.

Key responsibilities

3P Marketplace Operations:

• Monitor orders, shipping and tracking.
• Manage account health, SLA performance and marketplace warnings.
• Handle customer messages, returns, refunds and operational escalations.
• Resolve lost, delayed and damaged shipments with carriers and marketplaces.
• Maintain listings, pricing, product data and availability.
• Monitor Buy Box, suppressed listings, stranded inventory and catalog issues.
• Track stock levels and OOS risks.
• Resolve marketplace cases and tickets through closure.
• Manage flat files, bulk updates and listing corrections

Analytics & Reporting:

• Monitor performance at account, ASIN and SKU level.
• Report on sales, units, traffic, conversion, ASP, inventory, Buy Box, returns and operational KPIs.
• Identify performance issues, anomalies and revenue risks.
