**Marketing Lead / Head of Marketing ** Remote

American startup in the Oral Care category. Flagship product — whitening strips with strong results on Amazon. We are now expanding our product portfolio (flavored toothpastes, foams, electric toothbrush) and entering new markets with the ambition to become a global brand. The team is small, but with a real product and ambitions.

Areas of Responsibility:

• Creation of a brand platform: positioning, tone of voice, key messages
• Planning content strategy and content plan across all channels and markets
• Production of shoots: briefing, concept, final approval
• Team management: designer, SMM, influencers, contractors
• Marketing briefs for the designer on packaging and visuals
• Development of marketing strategy for priority markets

Requirements:

• Experience managing a marketing team in similar positions
• English B2+ (business correspondence with partners)
• Understanding of Digital Marketing: content, social media, e-comm, Amazon marketing
• Understanding of the Amazon ecosystem: A+ content, listings, influencers

Will be a plus:

• Experience in beauty / personal care / health / FMCG
