We are an American startup in the Oral Care category. Our flagship product is whitening strips. We are now actively entering new markets and expanding our product portfolio: flavored toothpastes, foams, electric toothbrush. We have a small team, but we have a real product with strong results on Amazon and the ambition to become a global brand! In connection with this, we are looking for a Marketing Lead/Head of Marketing:

Your areas of responsibility: ▪️ Creation of a brand platform: positioning, tonality, key messages; ▪️ Planning of the content strategy and content plan across all channels and markets; ▪️ Production of shoots: brief, concept, final approval; ▪️ Team management: designer, SMM, influencer marketing, contractors; ▪️ Marketing technical specifications for the designer for packaging and visuals; ▪️ Creation of a marketing strategy for priority markets.

Will be an advantage: ▪️ Experience in beauty, personal care, health, or FMCG categories; ▪️ Experience managing a team in similar positions; ▪️ English - confident B2+, ability to conduct business correspondence with partners; ▪️ Understanding of Digital Marketing: content, social media, e-commerce content, Amazon marketing; ▪️ Understanding of the Amazon ecosystem (A+ content, listings, influencers).

Working conditions: ▪️ Fully remote format with a 5/2 schedule; ▪️ Direct reporting to the company's COO; ▪️ Opportunity to build marketing as a function from scratch, you create the system, not just execute tasks; ▪️ Payment in RUB/USD/USDT.
