What you will do: -Formulating and implementing the development strategy for Sportsbook and Casino products. -Managing the long-term roadmap and backlog, prioritizing tasks. -Full cycle of delivery management: planning, deadline control, risk management in close collaboration with the development team (Agile). -Product analytics: working with metrics, A/B tests, finding growth points and improving UX/UI. -Managing stakeholder expectations, defending new initiatives, and mentoring junior colleagues.

What is important to us: -At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager. -Mandatory and deep experience with Sportsbook and Casino products (understanding of betting mechanics, market, and key vertical metrics). -Data-driven approach, systematic thinking, and willingness to take responsibility for complex decisions. -English language proficiency from B2+. -Will be a plus: experience in B2B iGaming, launching new markets, working in regulated markets, integration of providers (Payments, KYC, etc.).
