About Us

Mento VC is a venture capital fund. We find promising early-stage AI startups and invest our investors' money in them. Our portfolio already includes 25 companies, most of them in Silicon Valley. We co-invest with Sequoia, a16z, Google Ventures, and other top funds. Among our portfolio companies, for example, is the startup founded by Bill Gates' daughter, the #1 mobile app builder in the world.

About the Role

Business Assistant for the Mento team. You will primarily work with Katya, the fund's operational partner. Katya is responsible for investor relations, fundraising, community, marketing, partners' personal brands, and internal operations.

Another business assistant is already working on some of these tasks, but with the launch of the second fund and the growth of the community, the workload has increased – and we won't be able to move forward without another strong person by her side.

We have (almost) no processes that have been in place for years – we build many things from scratch and constantly adapt. Therefore, there will be both specific tasks and room for initiative: suggesting how to do things better, finding solutions that we haven't seen ourselves yet. Your work will directly influence how quickly we launch the second fund and grow the community.
