Community Manager

Your responsibilities will include
- Understanding how the community truly lives: what interests people, where engagement and development are lacking, and why, and building solutions based on this.
- Forming the website development strategy and working out user scenarios in collaboration with SEO and the development team.
- Organizing the community structure: channels, entry and growth points, basic analytics.
- Working with the entire audience journey: from attracting them to the community to developing the active core.
- Identifying active and loyal individuals within the database, nurturing them, and building non-monetary motivation (roles, status, recognition).
- Developing the community culture: setting the tone, formats, and environment where people want to participate, return, and create content.
- Focusing on what truly works and avoiding bloating the system with unnecessary initiatives.
- Establishing clear communication within the community team and synchronization with related teams.
We expect you to have
- 3–5+ years of experience in community management.
- Experience working with communities that thrive not solely on product necessity, but around shared interests, environment, and participation.
- An understanding of the community's role in business: it's about trust and reputation, not just engagement, and the ability to translate business objectives into actions and results.
- A focus on results, not the quantity of activities.
- The ability to develop communities systemically: understanding audience behavior and building a path from a broad audience to the core and ambassadors.
- Experience working with UGC as a system, not just one-off mechanics.
- Decision-making based on data and observations.
- The ability to select formats, mechanics, and channels tailored to the task.
- Experience in building processes and synchronizing teams (including distributed ones).
- Oral English proficiency of at least B2+.
- A task-oriented mindset, the ability to decompose goals, and explain your decisions.
It will be a plus
- Experience with international communities (excluding markets: US, EU, UK, AU).
- Case studies of core or ambassador growth.
- Experience with gamification, roles, and recognition systems.
- Use of AI tools for automating routine processes.
