Context
For 16 years, we have been building IT infrastructure for corporate clients: networks, servers, technical support. Dozens of companies entrust us with their business processes.
Now we are moving into AI. And we need someone who wants to build, not just sit on a salary. Someone who is interested in how a chatbot can reduce a client's expenses by 30%, and an AI agent can replace two support staff. Someone ready to take on the division and make it their own.

What you will do
- Implement AI solutions for corporate clients:
- Chatbots and AI agents for support, sales, and internal processes
- RAG systems on top of documents and knowledge bases
- Automate routine tasks using LLMs
- Select technologies for the task, not the other way around: OpenAI API, open-source models (Llama, Qwen, Mistral), self-hosted solutions
- Participate in sales: client process audit → proposal → pilot → implementation
- Grow the division: methodology, team, product line
- Be the voice of AI in the company: track trends, train colleagues, shape culture
Money
Transparent and without illusions:
- 60,000 ₽ — base rate. Your safety net while you get up to speed and launch the first projects.
- Main income — a percentage of projects. You get a share from implementation and from the monthly support of each client.
This is not "work for a salary". This is entrepreneurship within the company. Your income grows with the division. There is no ceiling.
You are a good fit if
- You live and breathe AI: read, test, experiment
- You write confidently in Python: you can assemble a working prototype in an evening
- You understand LLMs: prompt engineering, APIs (OpenAI, Claude, open-source)
- You can quickly test hypotheses, not polish code for months
- You can explain complex things to someone without a technical background
- Your eyes light up when you think about the real application of AI in business
It will be a plus:
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, vector databases
- Pet projects, hackathons, GitHub repositories with more than just "Hello World"
- Entrepreneurial experience: you've launched something of your own, sold it, made mistakes
