About Nevel

We are building Nevel.ai — a new product from the creators of Dbrain. We are creating a tool that provides a Cursor-like experience working with LLMs for non-developers. Our goal is to empower analysts, managers, and marketers to perform routine work tasks using AI as flexibly as engineers do with code.

We already have our first major Enterprise clients and have just launched a B2C segment. Now is the moment when design directly influences how understandable, convenient, and scalable the product will be.

Where we are now, and why we need a designer

We quickly launched the product, validated key hypotheses, and confirmed demand.

The next stage is to focus on creating a truly strong and well-thought-out UX. It is for this task that we are primarily looking for a designer.

It is important for us to make working with AI intuitive and predictable, remove unnecessary complexity, and build a cohesive user journey — from the first login to regular product use.

Concurrently, especially with the entry into the global market, a distinct, modern visual style is becoming critically important for us. We want to fully develop the product's brand identity: from typography and color system to Tone of Voice in interface texts, so that the product is recognizable, cohesive, and visually pleasing.

Before this, we handled design tasks through outsourcing, but at the current stage of product development, this approach no longer works. We need a dedicated product designer on the team who will take responsibility for the UX, UI, and visual direction of the product and develop them systematically.

About the role

We are looking for strong and independent designers with product experience at the Middle or Senior level, capable of creating prototypes with equal passion, seeing simplicity in complexity, and making design feel light and modern. We believe that a good product designer is equivalent to a product manager and shares full responsibility for the results and decisions made. They study users and their behavioral patterns, communicate with them to identify the nuances of their pain points, and propose solutions based on data, research, and common sense. To such individuals, we are ready to offer great freedom and a greater scope of responsibility in return.

What you will need to do:

• Together with the product manager, define the best product solutions when working on tasks from the overall strategic roadmap.
• Take tasks through the entire product development cycle, interacting with engineers.
• Conduct user research and interviews, hallway tests, and study analytical dashboards to validate your hypotheses.
• Design and develop product interfaces, forming understandable UX patterns and a modern visual language.
• Maintain the integrity of the user experience and the quality of solutions across the entire product.
