This is a brand-new industry with no clear regulations or established legal practices yet — and we see this as an opportunity to pioneer and shape the legal foundations of the future. What you will do As our In-House Lawyer, you won’t just handle operational legal tasks. You will become the architect of the first legal practices in this emerging tech industry, building a framework that can scale internationally.

Your scope will include

• Legal entity setup & support: Establishing and managing legal entities in key jurisdictions worldwide.
• Contract management: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements with partners, vendors, and other counterparties.
• Product launch readiness: Ensuring legal compliance and risk assessment for international launches.
• Regulatory navigation: Developing innovative legal solutions in a landscape with limited regulations and precedents.
• Strategic advisory: Partnering with founders and leadership to guide decisions on market entry, partnerships, and risk management.

What we expect from you

• Law degree and at least 3–5 years of experience in corporate or international law.
• Strong experience in contract law, corporate law, and cross-border transactions.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and provide practical solutions.
• Excellent English (written and spoken).
• Background with tech, startups, or digital products will be a plus.
