We are creating OneState – a mobile Social RolePlay game on Unity. Our art team faces ambitious challenges; we are developing the project in realism with high standards of visualization quality and technical solutions.

Expectations

What we want to see:

• Experience as Art Director / Head of Art in game projects
• Strong expertise in mobile AAA realism
• Understanding of mobile platform limitations and ability to work with them
• Experience in building art systems, standards, and processes
• Experience collaborating with producers and directors as partners
• Skill in presenting and defending solutions
• Desirable experience with cross-platform projects (mobile / PC / console)

What you will do:

• Formulate and develop the project's art strategy together with the CCO
• Build an autonomous art structure (roles, ownership, standards, processes)
• Ensure AAA quality and visual consistency of the product
• Make key visual decisions and defend them at the producer and director level
• Develop the Head-level and grow strong leaders within the art team
• Work with the balance of quality / deadlines / cost / value
• Develop the art direction as a driver for product and IP growth

Hiring Process

2. If your experience meets our requirements, we will invite you for an initial conversation with a recruiter. This is an opportunity to get to know each other better, discuss your motivation and expectations, and learn more about the role and the company.
3. Next, you may be invited for one or more technical interviews with the team. Some positions also include a test assignment.
4. A final interview with a manager or team lead. We will discuss the results of the previous stages, address any remaining questions, and align expectations.
5. If everything goes well – we will make a job offer. After a positive response to the offer, an onboarding process and introduction to the team await you.
