Art Director

WATT Games is looking for an experienced Art Director for the project "Tsarevna", who will take on the art vision of the project and manage the art team.

Tasks: • Forming and developing the overall art vision of the game. • Art direction of the project at all stages. • Management of the art team (in-house and outsource). • Setting tasks, monitoring deadlines and quality. • Planning the art pipeline and team workload. • Art review and approval of visual materials. • Monitoring visual consistency in the game. • Synchronizing the art part with game design and production.

Requirements: • At least 3 years of experience as an art lead / art director in game development. • Understanding and experience in building art pipelines and production processes. • Strong artistic vision and sense of style. • Experience in managing an art team. • Ability to plan and work with deadlines. • Experience with UE is mandatory. • Released single-player projects on PC or consoles.
