Onboarding Manager

We at Unlimit, an international fintech company, are expanding our Onboarding team and looking for an Onboarding Manager.

This is not just about merchant onboarding: the person in this position will manage the complete end-to-end onboarding of various types of clients and partners across all company products.

What you'll be doing

— Manage the complete onboarding of clients and partners: merchants, Payment Facilitators, aggregators, banks, freelancers, etc. — Work with KYC / KYB, onboarding documentation, and Due Diligence — Verify corporate structure, documents, and necessary client information — Be the main point of contact for the client throughout the entire onboarding process — Closely interact with Risk, AML, and Compliance teams — Simultaneously handle multiple onboarding cases in a dynamic and high-load environment

Who we're looking for

Mandatory requirements:

— 1-2 years of experience in PSP / fintech / payments / banking / acquiring — Practical experience in customer / merchant / business onboarding — Understanding of the PSP ecosystem, merchants, acquiring, IBAN/accounts — Good practical understanding of KYC / KYB / Due Diligence / AML — English B2+ — Attention to detail and strong communication skills — Ability to work independently and handle high workload

❗ A pure Forex profile without experience in PSP / payments / fintech / banking will not be suitable for the role.
