Looking for an Account Manager / Onboarding Manager (Riga)

An international fintech company operating in the cryptocurrency exchange sphere is looking for an Account Manager / Onboarding Manager.

⭐️ Key Responsibilities: • Implementation of new Alternative Payment Methods in various markets • Preparation and support of KYC/KYB/compliance documentation • Communication with payment providers and compliance teams • Coordination of new payment channels integration • Monitoring onboarding statuses and follow-up on processes

📌 What is important to us: • Experience in BizDev, partnerships, sales, or a similar role for at least 1 year • Experience in banking / fintech / igaming will be an advantage • Developed communication and negotiation skills • Fluent English (written and spoken) • Ability to structure and prioritize tasks, independence • Proactiveness and desire to learn new industry trends
