🔍 Seeking: WhatsApp Business / Meta Messaging Compliance Specialist 💼 Contract / Part-time 🌍 Fully remote

We are developing an Agentic AI platform. WhatsApp is one of the primary outbound communication channels: clients register their own templates in Meta and use them for mass mailings (from hundreds to several thousand messages). Some clients encounter warnings from Meta, a decrease in account quality, or restrictions on mailings. We are looking for a specialist who can help minimize this.

Responsibilities: • Analyze existing client message templates • Identify the reasons why templates trigger Meta warnings or user complaints • Rewrite and optimize templates according to Meta's policies and best practices • Create templates that pass moderation, minimize complaints (Report as Spam), and ensure high deliverability • Advise the team on Meta's policies and best practices for mass mailings

Requirements: • Practical experience with WhatsApp Business Platform • Deep understanding of Meta's policies for business messaging • Experience in registering and optimizing Message Templates • Understanding of factors influencing Quality Rating, mailing limits, complaints, and template approvals • Experience diagnosing reasons for template rejections or Meta warnings

Will be a plus: • Experience with official WhatsApp Business API / via BSP • Experience interacting with Meta Business Support • Experience optimizing large WhatsApp campaigns
