High-growth consumer business entering the next stage of expansion and looking for a commercially minded HR leader to scale the people function. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on high-volume hiring and building a more structured, predictable recruitment engine — including automation and AI tools to speed up workflows and improve conversion.

Scope includes hiring + onboarding foundations, operating rhythms, and close partnership with ops in a multi-site model (hospitality/retail/delivery style environment).
