Hoff is a multi-format retailer of furniture and home goods, operating on an "All in One Place" concept.

The Head of Margin Improvement at Hoff is responsible for:
- Controlling and analyzing margin: regular by TG/NG; promo margin, efficiency of promo mechanics
- Calculating, coordinating, and monitoring margin targets at the product and SKU group levels
- Developing and implementing initiatives to increase margin: price changes, discount optimization, pricing architecture management, price ladders (in collaboration with the commercial directorate)
- Conducting pricing experiments: forming hypotheses, calculating scenarios, analyzing results, and preparing conclusions/recommendations
- Monitoring the company's price position relative to competitors, initiating price changes based on monitoring
- Participating in the formation and execution of the company's pricing strategy
- Preparing regular analytical reports on margin and the effectiveness of pricing decisions
- Interacting with the commercial directorate and procurement on pricing and margin issues
- Initiating changes in pricing processes to improve margin transparency and manageability

- Understand the principles of margin formation: regular, promo, the impact of discounts and promotion mechanics
- Can work with large volumes of data, draw conclusions and recommendations, perform factor analysis, and work with cubes
- Have skills in financial modeling and target alignment
- Possess systemic thinking and the ability to build processes, have experience in regulating processes
- Have cross-functional interaction skills (commercial directorate, procurement, marketing, data analytics)
- Can defend decisions with arguments and work with uncertainty
