Financial Partner at Hoff:
- Develops and manages function budgets, including expense planning and performance monitoring
- Analyzes financial indicators and prepares management reports to assess function performance
- Forecasts financial results and identifies potential risks and opportunities
- Participates in the strategic planning of the function, providing financial insights for informed decision-making
- Collaborates closely with function management and other departments, facilitating the integration of financial data into business processes and enhancing operational transparency and efficiency
- Develops pricing models and incentive programs, if necessary, to support the function's commercial goals
- Monitors and controls the execution of financial indicators, and participates in projects to optimize expenses and improve operational efficiency
- Analyzes the effectiveness of the function's projects and initiatives
Candidate Expectations:
- Must have experience as a financial partner for the retail block in large retail companies
- Deep professional knowledge in finance
- Analytical thinking
- Communication skills
- Knowledge of modern financial IT tools
- Preferred higher education in accounting, finance, or economics, as well as professional certifications (e.g., CFA or CPA)
