Revenue Management (RGM) Lead

for an FMCG company. We are looking for an expert with experience in commercial finance to take over the management of business profitability: development of pricing strategy, improvement of promotion efficiency, optimization of assortment and trading terms with key clients.

Area of responsibility: Russian market

Key tasks:

• Pricing and Profitability: Development of pricing strategies, analysis of category and product margins, recommendations for assortment optimization. • Promotion and Marketing Effectiveness: Assessment of the impact of promotions and discounts on sales and profit, analysis of the profitability of marketing campaigns and partner programs. • Trading Terms: Interaction with sales and key clients to optimize cooperation terms and increase profitability. • Budgeting and Forecasting: Development of budgets and profitability forecasts for the commercial department, control over their execution. • Growth Strategy: Market and competitor analysis, assessment of financial risks and analytical support for business development.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in the finance department of an FMCG company and understanding of the commercial side of the business. • Expertise in commercial finance, revenue management, pricing, or profitability analysis. • Understanding of interaction with retail chains and key clients, economics of promotions and trading terms. • Ability to analyze data, form recommendations, and effectively interact with sales and marketing.
