Centrum Air is one of the fastest-growing airlines in Uzbekistan, part of the diversified holding company Centrum. The company flies to Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, launches new destinations and products, and is looking for someone to monitor and influence what is said about the company.

What you will do: • Daily monitor media, social networks, Telegram channels, forums, and review sites • Track mentions of the company, brands, and management • Analyze sentiment and identify reputational risks and potential crises • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly analytical reports for management • Write official comments, press releases, and responses to media inquiries • Participate in crisis communications — from initial reaction to post-crisis management • Work with media, bloggers, opinion leaders, contractors, and digital platforms • Evaluate the effectiveness of PR and reputation campaigns • Monitor competitors and industry trends • Advise company departments on communications and unified standards

What is important: • 3+ years of experience in PR, reputation management, or crisis communications • Secondary vocational or higher education • Practical experience with Brand Analytics or similar media monitoring systems • Understanding of ORM, SMM, and digital communications • Ability to quickly and competently write press releases, statements, and comments • Analytical thinking and the ability to transform a large volume of information into clear conclusions • Uzbek, Russian, and English languages at a working level • Confident MS Office user • Composure and quick reaction in non-standard situations

Will be a plus: • Experience in aviation, tourism, or service companies with a high customer flow • Personal contacts in the media and blogger sphere of Uzbekistan
