Pixel Point - Europe-based design agency. For 10 years, we've been working on branding and web design for tech companies. Our clients include billion-dollar companies you might not have heard of – Databricks, Harness, Cisco. However, you might have seen our work on Huly and Neon.

Our projects are often recognized for their detailed complex visual effects, microinteractions, and attention to detail – from concept to pixel-perfect implementation in code. We are not limited to Figma and use any tools that help achieve the desired vision: Blender, Cinema4D, Rive, Spline, WebGL, Photoshop, and others.

AI is also part of our toolkit, but not a replacement for design. We use it where it removes routine tasks and speeds up the process, allowing us to dedicate more time to solutions that make Pixel Point special: taste, details, and quality of execution.

Our team is growing, more interesting projects are emerging, and therefore we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Managing 3-4 long-term projects simultaneously
• Direct communication with clients, building long-term relationships
• Planning team workload
• Managing client requests, assigning tasks to the team
• Supervising the work of designers and developers
• Independently performing minor edits using AI tools (text edits, uploading files to the project)
• Maintaining documentation for the management department

Requirements

• Fluent spoken English
• Experience in managerial positions in IT companies (PM, Program Manager, Release Manager, Delivery Manager, Project Coordinator, etc.)
• Experience managing a team of 3-5 people
• Discipline and responsibility
• Interest in using AI in work

Will be a plus

• Experience working in a web studio or agency
• Understanding of web development

Work format

• 100% remote
• We pay in any currency, ready to consider your preferences
• Team prime time 9-18 CET, overlap of at least 80% of the schedule
• Working language with clients - English, internally we communicate in Russian

Compensation

• 12 fixed payments per year (at the end of the month)
• 2 performance bonuses - in July and December
• One-time discretionary bonuses are possible by team decision
