Head of Partnerships (Travel, Lifestyle Marketplace) 🚀

Format: Full-time Location: Remote (worldwide) Compensation: $12,000–17,000 + bonuses (discussed individually)

We are looking for a Head of Partnerships to build a partnership ecosystem from scratch for an international product. Our client is an international product company developing an ecosystem of financial and lifestyle services for a global audience. The product already unites 200,000+ users in Asia and Europe, and the next stage will be the launch of a subscription model where travel, wellness, and lifestyle services will be available within a single ecosystem. It is the partnership network that will become one of the key drivers of product growth — and you will determine what it will be.

What you will do: • Develop a strategy for the growth of the partnership ecosystem and marketplace. • Attract and develop strategic partners in travel, wellness, and lifestyle. • Define the commercial model, be responsible for the P&L and unit economics of the direction. • Build processes, scale the partnership network, and launch new initiatives. • Work directly with the CEO, COO, and CPO, influencing the development of the international product.

Who we are looking for: • 8–12+ years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, or Marketplace. • Experience in building and scaling a partnership ecosystem in travel, wellness, hospitality, luxury, or lifestyle. • Experience in managing commercial indicators, understanding P&L and unit economics. • Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach. • Fluent English (C1+).
