Working Conditions:

Requirements:
- Higher specialized education;
- Knowledge of Windows family OS;
- Knowledge of office applications (including MS Office) at an advanced user level;
- Ability to diagnose PC malfunctions, assemble a PC from components;
- Understanding of TCP/IP protocols and LAN construction principles;
- Basic knowledge of AD, DNS, DHCP;
- Basic knowledge of desktop and server OS.
- Communication skills;
Advantageous experience with:
- DBMS: MS SQL 2016, PostgreSQL.
- Accounting systems 1C: UT 10, UT 11, BP 3.
- Proxmox virtualization system.
- FreePBX virtual PBX.
- CMS: Bitrix, UmiCMS.
Responsibilities:
- User support, solving user problems;
- Installation and configuration of Windows 10, Windows Server, CentOS, installation and configuration of software required by users;
- Configuration of SIP phones and SIP softphones;
- Structured cabling (crimping wires and sockets, laying cables, mounting cable channels);
- Assembly/update/repair of PCs from components;
- Maintaining the smooth operation and development of IT infrastructure;
- Ensuring the protection, security, and availability of information;
- Continuous learning, monitoring, and study of new technologies and technical solutions for the purpose of developing IT infrastructure and automating business processes.
