Requirements

• Experience in program management, delivery management, or PMO leadership for 5+ years.
• Previous hands-on experience delivering banking, payments, card issuing, or scheme-related programs.
• Experience in at least two of the following areas (card product implementation; card portfolio migration; issuer processing migration; digital wallet enablement; payment scheme certification; digital card issuance).
• Proven experience coordinating multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of banking delivery governance, risk management, compliance, and operational readiness.
• Experience managing complex programs involving banks, payment schemes, processors, technology vendors, and regulators.
• Ability to manage both business and technical workstreams.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work full-time from the client premises in Belgrade.
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
• Level of Serbian – from Advanced and above.

Desired skills

• Experience with Principal membership or similar scheme licensing upgrades.
• Experience with a card migration involving more than 100,000 cards.
• Experience with Apple Pay or Google Pay implementation.
• Knowledge of card lifecycle management, authorization, clearing, settlement, tokenization, fraud, disputes, and reconciliation.
• Experience managing go-live and cutover activities for critical banking systems.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, Scrum, or equivalent.
