Hi! We are the AIGRIND gaming studio, and we've been creating mobile MMORPGs for 18 years. We have 90+ employees and two projects - Warspear Online (18 years in release) and Skylore (3.5 years in release).

We are currently inviting a Middle-level System Administrator to join our team.

More specifically, the main tasks include:

• Managing MySQL, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse databases: monitoring, backups, optimization;
• Administering Proxmox, OpenVZ, Hyper-V hypervisors;
• Configuring and maintaining monitoring and logging systems (Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic);
• Administering nginx, haproxy;
• Administering OPNsense, Juniper, Fortigate;
• User technical support, issuing accesses, maintaining documentation;
• Ensuring the operation of the CI/CD pipeline: Jenkins pipelines, Docker builds, integrations via Kafka.

Our new colleague will need:

• At least 3 years of experience as a system administrator;
• Confident knowledge and proficiency in all listed technologies

We offer:

• An office in the center of Kaliningrad, a hybrid work format;
• Financial terms that will be fully satisfactory (we suggest discussing individually);
• Of course, official employment and VHI (Voluntary Health Insurance).
