Navio is a developer of autonomous driving technology compatible with various types of transport, from passenger cars to trucks.
Navio combines the culture of automotive manufacturers and IT companies. Every day, we work to make cargo delivery faster and more efficient, and urban transport safer and more comfortable.
The key focus of Navio is the creation of universal autonomous technology, including software and hardware solutions, scientific research, a unique testing process, and an ecosystem of services for data processing and management of an autonomous vehicle fleet.
What you will be doing:
- Developing metrics to evaluate the performance of the autonomous driving system (comfort, safety, efficiency, progress of new software versions);
- Regularly analyzing the technology: conducting A/B tests, verifying hypotheses, comparing drives, searching for anomalies, evaluating the impact of changes in software and algorithms;
- Assessing the quality of data used for metric calculation;
- Participating in the optimization of automated drive annotation: helping to prepare datasets for machine learning models and visual language models, automating the quality control of annotation;
- Building dashboards and visualizations for the development, testing, and management teams.
What we expect from the candidate:
- Ability to explore data, find insights, and formulate clear, verifiable conclusions;
- Understanding of how to correctly visualize results and communicate them to different audiences;
- Proficiency in basic statistical analysis methods;
- Confident SQL writing skills: common table expressions, window functions, query optimization, working with large tables;
- Using Python for data analysis: pandas, numpy, visualization (matplotlib/seaborn/plotly).
Will be a plus:
- Understanding how an autopilot works: sensors (cameras/lidar), planning, control, working with ROS/ROS2;
- Experience with big data: PySpark, Hive, ClickHouse, S3 storage;
- Experience building dashboards in BI systems: Metabase, Superset, DataLens, Tableau;
- Designing and conducting A/B tests (sample size calculation, statistical methods, conclusions);
- Ability to apply machine learning methods in analytical tasks: clustering, anomaly detection, bootstrap, time series analysis;
- Understanding the structure of auto-annotation pipelines or experience with visual language models for data validation.
We care about employees from the first working day and offer you:
- Voluntary medical insurance from the moment of employment, and after the probationary period – dentistry and the option to connect a preferential program for relatives;
- Work in an accredited IT company with its benefits and advantages;
- Preferential mortgage, lending programs, and other financial products on favorable terms;
- Flexible working hours.
