What you will be doing:
- Developing sections for automation, dispatching of engineering systems, and automated energy resource accounting (ASUD, AOV, AVK, ATM, AHS, ASKUE, ASKUVT, APT) for residential apartment buildings (comfort and premium class, unique buildings) and public buildings (administrative buildings, shopping centers, etc.).
- Developing block diagrams, performing calculations, compiling specifications, selecting equipment.
- Designing buildings at the stages: concept, design documentation (PD), working documentation (RD).
- Issuing tasks for related sections, coordinating projects with related sections.
- Defending projects in expert review.
Our requirements for you:
- Higher professional education in the specialty.
- At least 3 years of experience as a chief specialist in automation and dispatching sections.
- Knowledge of regulatory and technical documentation.
- PC skills: advanced user of AutoCAD, MS Office, knowledge of Revit (required).
- Knowledge of automation equipment for civil facilities from major domestic or foreign manufacturers.
- Experience in independent design of internal automation and dispatching systems for engineering systems of residential buildings and multifunctional residential complexes.
- Experience in making technical decisions for the section in coordination with related specialists and the General Designer.
- Experience in managing design with related specialists.
- Responsibility, independence in making design decisions.
