RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Management of the production and technical department
- Preparation and support of contracts with contractors
- Control of fulfillment of contractual obligations
- Control of executive documentation
- Compilation of work schedules and plans
- Verification of volumes of work by subcontracting organizations
- Interaction with state bodies and the customer
- Participation in the acceptance of facilities and commissioning
REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher construction education
- Experience of 6–8 years in PTO, of which at least 3 years in a leadership position
- Mandatory experience in turnkey residential construction projects (RC)
- Experience in managing a PTO team (engineers, estimators)
- Deep knowledge of SNiP, GOST, regulatory framework of the Republic of Kazakhstan
- Expert knowledge of executive documentation (KS-2, KS-3, acts, logs)
- Experience in interacting with technical supervision, state bodies, and the customer
- Confident use of AutoCAD, Excel (estimates, volumes, analytics)
- Ability to read and analyze project documentation
- Experience in controlling prime costs and work volumes
- High responsibility for deadlines, quality, and results
