Responsibilities
- participation in the development of ML products (under the guidance of a mentor)
- assistance in transferring models and MVP solutions from a semi-manual mode to a production format
- participation in the design and creation of ML pipelines
- studying and supporting best engineering and research practices.
Requirements
- basic knowledge of Python (OOP, data structures, working with libraries)
- understanding of SQL (SELECT, JOIN, aggregations) — academic project level
- familiarity with Machine Learning fundamentals (linear models, trees, metrics)
- understanding of OOP principles and basic design patterns
- readiness to learn, ask questions, and work in a team
Will be a plus:
- familiarity with PySpark (academic projects)
- general understanding of Apache Airflow
- interest in Data Engineer / Data Scientist roles (understanding of related fields).
