Our network is actively growing and developing, in connection with which we are considering a candidate for the position of *IT Project Manager .
The IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, controlling, and successfully implementing IT projects (web development, integrations, BPM). Manages the project roadmap, interacts with the business, ensures the quality of results and implementation of solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and high-quality execution of IT projects.
- Analyze current business processes and their optimization (workflow) using BPM systems (Pyrus, AI, and others).
- Control web development and integrations between systems.
- Formulate a roadmap, define stages, sprints, and priorities.
- Manage deadlines, resources, changes, and dependencies; minimize risks.
- Write technical specifications, user stories, process diagrams, and acceptance criteria.
- Collect and formalize business requirements; ensure their approval with stakeholders.
- Control testing, acceptance, and implementation of solutions.
- Maintain project documentation and knowledge base.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience in managing IT projects (web development, integrations).
- Understanding of the development lifecycle, APIs, and integrations (participation in projects, not necessarily coding).
- Experience with Pyrus or similar BPM systems (Pyrus, ELMA, 1C:Document Management, etc.).
- Skills in organizing developer work: planning, decomposition, task assignment, control.
- Skills in collecting and formalizing requirements, interacting with the business.
- Experience in writing code and understanding architecture will be an advantage.
Conditions:
- Probationary period of 3 months.
- Salary paid on time, twice a month.
- Employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.
- Schedule 5/2 from 11:00 to 20:00. During the probationary period - office format work (convenient office location - 5 minutes from metro station Ploshchad Vosstaniya)
