We are proud of our product! Currently, the team is looking for a Top Manager for the role of Product Lead on one of the company's large projects (Argentina).

Task Description:

• Building and organizing a product approach from scratch on the project (Large B2B client in a market with high GGR);
• Expected growth in agent revenue;
• Responsibility for the implementation of the product strategy, prioritization, and the full development cycle, from hypothesis and custdev to release and support.

We are looking for a strong quantitative product leader who knows how to work with a large, heterogeneous base of B2B partners and turn research, data, and experiments into growth for partners and the platform.

Expected Experience:

• 7+ years in digital products; Senior Product Lead / Head of Product.
• Strong quantitative product: retention, LTV, cohorts, funnels, monetization, experimentation.
• Experience with a large base of sellers, merchants, partners, agents, SMBs, or frequent transactional users.
• Ability to independently conduct research and bring a hypothesis to a measured business result.
• Confidently work with analytics, Data Science, and engineering.
• Can showcase cases with revenue / GMV / GGR / retention / margin.
• English (B2)
