About the project: 🔸A product team developing web-to-web products in the Utilities / Health / Subscription niches. 🔸We are looking for a specialist who will be responsible for the profitable growth of paid traffic and the payback of advertising campaigns.
What to do: 🔸Launch and scale advertising campaigns in Meta and Google. 🔸Manage ROAS and CPA through continuous testing of ad creatives and targeting. 🔸Work with the funnel in collaboration with the creative team. 🔸Analyze campaign effectiveness and optimize performance. 🔸Find and scale profitable ad creatives and targeting. 🔸Use AI to accelerate analysis, automation, and hypothesis testing.
What is important: 🔸3+ years of experience in User Acquisition / Performance Marketing. 🔸Experience with web-to-web funnels: quiz → paywall → trial - required. 🔸Proficiency in Meta Ads and Google Ads. 🔸Experience managing budgets of $20K-100K+ / month, larger volumes will be a plus. 🔸Strong analytics: CPA, ROAS, LTV, retention, cohort analysis. 🔸AI-first approach - using AI for analysis, automation, and accelerating hypothesis testing. 🔸Experience in Subscription applications - required. 🔸Experience in Health / Utilities niches - will be an additional advantage
