• Strong background in both Legal and Compliance functions

• Experience managing legal risks, policies, and compliance processes
• Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams

Responsibilities:

• Oversee legal and compliance operations
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
• Develop and implement internal policies and procedures
• Manage regulatory relationships and reporting
