Key Responsibilities: • Management of own and client investment portfolios • Ensuring target returns and controlling investment risks • Development of the institutional investors and PIF segment • Interaction with the regulator and key stakeholders • Team management and development
We are looking for you if: • Higher financial/economic education • 10+ years of experience in investments or asset management • Experience working on KASE and AIX • Expertise in portfolio management and asset valuation • Knowledge of financial statements, macroeconomics, and credit risks • Knowledge of the RK legislation on the securities market • Russian and English — required, Kazakh — desirable • Strong leadership and analytical skills
KPI: target portfolio returns, market share growth, risk control, and team development.
