Sber is looking for a Director to join the Portfolio Management Center team of the Investment Activities Department.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Working with portfolio companies (mezzanine financing and private equity) to maximize the Department's profitability
• Organizing the process of financial, tax, and commercial/marketing DD for potential investments
• Interacting with consultants conducting DD
• Independently conducting parts of such research procedures
• Participating in deal structuring
• Conducting subsequent analysis of the operational and financial condition of portfolio companies
• Exercising financial control over portfolio companies
• Participating in the corporate governance of portfolio companies
• Participating in the Department's Investment Committee

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in Big-4 companies within a due diligence team as a Director/Senior Manager
• Experience in financial control over portfolio companies
• Experience in deal structuring
• Experience in organizing the process of financial, tax, and commercial/marketing DD for potential investments
