We are looking for a Director of M&A and Capital Markets Transactions at MTS Bank.
MTS Bank is the digital bank of the MTS ecosystem. We set trends in banking digital transformation and develop next-generation financial services.
What you will be doing:
- Analyze the market and search for potential assets for acquisition in the financial sector
- Participate in and coordinate the due diligence process with the involvement of external consultants and internal experts
- Participate in cross-functional project teams for the execution of M&A transactions from the stage of searching for new assets to closing the deal
- Participate in deal structuring, preparation of key transaction documents, deal negotiations, and coordination of the closing process for MTS Fintech
- Prepare various presentation materials on transactions for senior management
- Prepare financial models for transactions
- Engage in special projects related to corporate finance
What we expect:
- At least 5 years of experience in banks, investment funds, Big-4 firms, strategy and M&A departments of large holdings, or banking structures
- Higher education in economics / finance / mathematics
- Strong technical skills, primarily in financial statement analysis and financial modeling
- Strong skills in preparing high-quality presentations / analytical materials for top management
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to work irregular hours and a "can do attitude"
- Any level of CFA, ACCA, or other professional certifications is a plus
