Responsibilities: — Participation in the origination process of new ECM (Equity Capital Markets) deals, including preparation of relevant materials; — Management of the structuring and execution process of equity capital markets transactions: IPO, SPO, as well as other ECM products; — Interaction with clients both in the context of executing current deals and in the context of originating new ECM deals; — Coordination of external consultants in the context of executing equity capital markets transactions; — Management of the process of preparing necessary materials in the context of executing ECM deals; — Coordination of the internal working group within the Bank in the context of executing ECM deals.

Requirements: — At least 6 years of experience in investment banking with a focus on ECM; — Proven experience in participating in ECM deals at all stages – from preparation to closing; — Higher education in Finance, Economics, or related fields; — In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and equity capital markets; — Developed leadership, analytical, and communication skills; — English language proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
