We are looking for a Managing Director for Equity Capital Markets at Gazprombank.
Responsibilities:
- Participation in the origination process of new ECM (Equity Capital Markets) transactions, including preparation of relevant materials;
- Management of the structuring and execution process of equity capital markets transactions: IPO, SPO, as well as other equity capital markets products;
- Interaction with clients both in the context of executing current transactions and in the context of origination of new ECM transactions;
- Coordination of external consultants in the context of executing equity capital markets transactions;
- Management of the preparation process of necessary materials in the context of executing ECM transactions;
- Coordination of the internal working group within the Bank in the context of executing ECM transactions.
Requirements:
- At least 6 years of experience in investment banking with a focus on ECM;
- Proven experience in participating in ECM transactions at all stages - from preparation to closing;
- Higher education in finance, economics, or related fields;
- Deep knowledge of corporate finance and equity capital markets;
- Developed leadership, analytical, and communication skills;
- English language proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
