I am looking for candidates for the following roles: ✅ Director of Investor Relations, who will be responsible for developing and implementing the investment attraction strategy, developing relationships with existing and potential investors, as well as supporting the company's investment transactions. The role involves close interaction with the CEO, CFO, Board of Directors, and business unit leaders to ensure sustainable financing, enhance the company's investment attractiveness, and support its long-term growth.
✅ Chairman of the Management Board in a large universal bank, ranking among the TOP 50 banks in the country. We are looking for a strong leader with proven experience in managing large financial organizations, capable of ensuring sustainable business growth, implementing long-term strategy, and improving the bank's operational efficiency in a highly competitive environment and a transforming financial market.
✅ HR Director in a commercial bank (TOP 30), with a staff of up to 5000 people. Main tasks: support of operational activities and automation projects for functions (Talent Management, C&B, Learning & Development, HR Analytics, HR Admin).
