We’re hiring: Director of Asset Management

📍 Halyk Finance | Almaty, Kazakhstan

Halyk Finance is looking for an experienced professional to lead its Asset Management Department and drive investment strategy and product development.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee pension assets, investment funds and client portfolios.
• Develop investment strategies and monitor portfolio performance.
• Drive investment product development and process automation.
• Lead the team and manage relationships with regulators and key market participants.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in the securities market.
• Strong portfolio management and financial analysis skills.
• Proven leadership experience.
• Knowledge of Kazakhstan’s securities market regulation.
• Experience with Bloomberg, S&P Capital IQ and Refinitiv.
• Advanced English.

MBA, CFA/FRM and experience with institutional investors are an advantage.
