Director of Asset Management Department

📍 Almaty

We are looking for a Head of the Asset Management Department (reporting to the Deputy Chairman of the Management Board).

Key responsibilities: • Manage the department: portfolio profitability, business development, risk control. • Manage own and client investment portfolios. • Develop the institutional investors and PIF sector. • Interact with the regulator, manage and develop the team.

We are looking for you if: • You have 10+ years in investments / asset management and a higher financial or economic education. • You have experience working on KASE and AIX. • You have expertise in portfolio management and asset valuation, and know the RK legislation on the securities market. • You are fluent in Russian and English, Kazakh is desirable.
