📋 Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership of programs for conducting transactions using classical and innovative types of financing, including: exchange and over-the-counter bond issues, structured bonds issued by a special financial company, structured financing using the REPO market, subsidized financing programs with state support, including individually structured ones, financing using crypto assets and other blockchain technologies, financing using investment platforms, as well as using other direct financing instruments, trade (including advance payment) financing;
2. Managing financing attraction deals for the GPN Group and its joint ventures (JV) from Russian and/or foreign financial institutions from the moment of decision-making on the financing instrument to the moment of receiving financing, including the following stages: structuring deals, conducting negotiations in Russian and English on the terms of financial and security documentation under Russian and foreign law, and coordinating such documentation;
3. Resolution of disputes regarding the financial obligations of the GPN Group and JVs;
4. Analysis of the debt financing market, participation in determining the optimal sources of financing for the GPN Group and JVs, planning the composition, volume, and structure of the debt portfolio;
5. Formation and management of working groups, created with the participation of representatives of the GPN Group and JV divisions, for the purpose of attracting financing.

Requirements

1. Higher education in economics, finance, and/or law
2. Experience in independent structuring of non-standard financial transactions, new to the market, and preparing documentation for them, practical experience in negotiating with Russian and international counterparties
3. Deep expertise in banking finance products and knowledge of the current public debt market
4. Work experience of 7+ years
