In Wildberries&Russ we are looking for a Head of Corporate Finance.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Communicating with banks on lending issues;
- Searching for alternative sources of financing;
- Preparing regular presentation materials for management on the current state of the debt portfolio;
- Updating the company's financial policy, monitoring compliance with requirements;
- Interacting with banks and financial institutions on credit products, guarantees, sureties, collateral, and providing requested information;
- Interacting with state authorities on corporate finance matters;
- Preparing company presentation materials for external users;
- Maintaining reporting documentation on the debt portfolio;
- Monitoring compliance with financial covenants;
We expect from you:
- Higher education (finance / economics);
- Experience in corporate finance or banking sector;
- Communication skills with banks and government agencies;
- Experience with credit documentation, banking products;
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office products, including PowerPoint, Excel;
- Experience with credit documentation, covenants, banking products;
- Understanding of bond issuance and digital financial asset (CFA) processes;
- Possession of CFA, ACCA diplomas will be an advantage
- Attention to detail, systematic approach to work;
- Communication skills, ability to work in a team.
