This month I joined PASHA Financial Holding to help build and shape the Group’s future portfolio, and we are now growing the team with openings for Senior Manager and Senior Associate/Associate roles.

These are not a traditional industry roles focused on routine presentation, reporting and coordination. The team works on some of the biggest and most important questions across the Group, where we want to play, what businesses we want to build, where we invest, how we scale ecosystems, and how financial services in the region may evolve over the next 5-10 years. The scope is genuinely broad and hands-on, spanning strategy, investments, M&A, ecosystem development, capital allocation and new business building.

We are looking for people who are intellectually curious, commercially sharp, ambitious, excited by solving complex strategic problems and importantly can get things done.
