About GWM Capital Ltd. We build and administer investment funds end-to-end — from structuring, regulation and execution. We registered unique PE funds investing in junior mining projects and infrastructure projects.

The role As CIO, you'll own the full investment cycle and lead the team that maximizes returns across our managed funds. You'll set the strategy and make it happen.

What you'll do — Design and drive the investment strategy and policies across all managed funds — Own the entire deal lifecycle — sourcing, due diligence, financial modeling, structuring and monitoring — Sit on the Investment Committee, deliver the analysis, and vote on the decisions that matter — Lead, mentor and evaluate a high-performing investment team — Partner with investors, issuers, auditors, custodians, brokers and advisors — Safeguard compliance — investment limits, risk thresholds and regulatory requirements — Help launch and structure new funds (PPM, LPA, Offering Memorandum) — Monitor portfolio composition, performance and target delivery — Deliver clear reporting to leadership, fund boards, investors and the Investment Committee

What you bring — Degree in Economics or Finance (CFA, CAIA or FRM a strong plus) — Senior leadership experience in Private Equity, Venture Capital or investment banking — Deep expertise in corporate finance, risk assessment and financial modeling — A track record of structuring deals, running due diligence and launching funds — Command of regulatory requirements and international documentation standards (PPM, LPA) — Proven team leadership and C-level negotiation skills — Languages: Fluent Russian and Kazakh (required); English at Upper-Intermediate/Advanced level for international contracts
