A fintech company developing software for various businesses. We write software for trading platforms, exchanges, CRMs, and have a telecommunications project. In recent years, our business has expanded significantly, and we are looking for passionate developers ready to contribute their expertise to the team and strive for professional growth. Projects: Trading platforms, exchanges, CRM systems, admin panels.

What you will do: Work simultaneously on 5-10 projects in the FinTech sphere (mobile and desktop applications). There will be a lot of illustrations, marketing materials, landing pages, and minimal product work (interface creation). Actively use Figma, Git, Jira, and AI-based tools to accelerate workflow. Participate in all stages of the design process: from research to handover to developers.

Requirements: Experience working in a multi-project environment and the ability to manage time effectively. Proficiency in Figma (automation, components, collaboration). Understanding of UI/UX principles and the ability to justify design decisions. Experience with Jira and Git (a plus). Knowledge and experience in applying AI tools in design. Understanding the specifics of fintech and crypto business (this will be needed in designs) or the willingness to quickly immerse yourself in it.
