Key Account Manager (iGaming)
We are looking for a Key Account Manager to help build long-term relationships with B2B partners and participate in the development of processes in a new department.
📌Responsibilities: • Manage and develop long-term B2B partnerships • Be the primary point of contact for the client • Manage client expectations: deadlines, priorities, project changes • Participate in discussions on architectural solutions and assessment of the impact of changes on deadlines and budget • Conduct negotiations and defend the company's interests (deadlines, budget, scope of work) • Control financial indicators and project profitability • Coordinate the work of internal teams: PM, product, analytics, development, QA
📌Requirements: • Experience in iGaming • 3+ years in B2B account management / client service • Understanding of the full development cycle: discovery → analytics → UX/UI → development → QA → release → support • Experience with custom development and complex digital products • Ability to translate business client requests into technical tasks • Skills in assessing risks and the impact of changes on deadlines and budget • Strong B2B negotiation and expectation management skills • Experience with Jira, Confluence • Higher education
📌Will be a plus: • Experience with product analytics and metrics • Ability to read and discuss technical specifications and requirements documents
