The probationary period at RWB is over. Now I am responsible for the 'Warehouse and Logistics' unit at WB B2B. This is a large area at the intersection of product, operations, and logistics. It involves many processes and integrations, and any changes are quickly reflected in actual work. For me, this is a new level of responsibility and an opportunity to bring changes to working solutions together with the team. Thank you to my colleagues for their trust, support, and collaboration.

I am also looking for a senior analyst for the returns and rejections department for my team. We need someone with experience in marketplaces and an understanding of B2B sales specifics to help build and automate this area. If this is something you are interested in, please write to me. If you know a strong specialist, I would be grateful for a recommendation.
